Tour Dates set for
Thailand February 2011 The New Machine have been invited
back to Thailand for a tour of about 15
gigs. Feb 12 Pattaya Bike week Burapa Festival
Feb 26.International Blues and Rock festival
in Phuket Other gigs will include appearances at
the Blues Factory Pattaya and gigs in Bangkok
The New Machine 2010 in
review
In February the band was asked
to Headline the Friday night at the Burapa "Love
Ride for Peace festival in Pattaya, Thailand. A
massive annual event which attracts around 30,000.
The Event raises money for many charities including
The Mercy centre for homeless Children and The
Camillian Centre for children with AIDS. recent
performances have been to benefit charities and to
help raise awareness on important local and global
issues.
Ah well, someone's gotta do it
Other highlights in 2010 will
include a show at Silverstone race circuit for the
MOTO GP British Grand Prix on June 20
The band will performed a 90
minute show directly after the Grand Prix
On a more local level the band
will perform a weekend of gigs in and around
Torbay. These were followed by a very
successful mini tour of Holland
The Band return to the UK for an open
air gig in Churston on Sunday August 15 4-6pm.
Another upcoming local event
will be to help raise money for a "Sensory Room"
at TorPlay in Torre for children with learning
difficulties. Date and Venue to be set
